A Unifying Event Across Brisbane and Perth
Last week, our Brisbane and Perth offices came together both in person and virtually for an exciting and impactful team day. This annual event is always a highlight, but this year’s team-building activity had a unique twist, blending skill development with community support.
Fostering Essential Skills
Our team focused on enhancing essential skills such as communication, planning, and teamwork. These activities are not only crucial for our professional growth but also for fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment. By working together on these skills, we strengthen our ability to collaborate effectively and achieve our common goals.
Supporting the Community
What made this year’s team day truly special was our commitment to giving back to the community. We were proud to support two incredible charities: The Pyjama Foundation and HeartKids. The Pyjama Foundation helps children in foster care with learning and life skills, while HeartKids supports children with congenital heart disease and their families. Our efforts were aimed at making a meaningful difference in the lives of those these organisations serve.

As an organisation, we aim to continue exploring new ways to support local charities and make a meaningful impact beyond the mining industry. Our commitment to social responsibility is a core part of our values, and we are always looking for opportunities to give back to the communities that support us.
